Virginia Warner

Hamlin-Virginia (Kidd) Warner, 70, passed away Wednesday, February 22, 2017, in Hamlin. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 25, 2017, at Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Hamlin Memorial Cemetery.
Born September 23, 1946, in Stamford, Virginia was the daughter of the late Lonnie and Alta (Stanley) Kidd. She graduated from Hamlin High School and attended college. Virginia married Cleon Warner May 8, 2009, in Anson. She enjoyed dancing, playing pool and cooking for her family.
Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, one son (Lonnie Green), and brother-in-law (Jack Bessire).
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Monti Green and Dustin Malone; one son, Brian Green; one grandson, Damien Griggs; one sister, Donna Bassire; and one nephew, Gregg Bessire.
