Lowrie Langston

LOWRIE WAYNE LANGSTON, 66, passed away Friday, December 23, 2016, in Slaton, Texas.
Born November 13, 1950, in Abilene, Lowrie was the son of Marjorie Nelle (Carlile) and Roger Wayne Langston. He served in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanic for thirteen years. On January 13, 1973, he married the love of his life, Judy Mae Trench, in Vinson, Oklahoma. In his spare time, he enjoyed trapping hogs, fishing, going to his children's athletic events, and spending time with his kids and grandkids.
He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother, and one sister.
Lowrie is survived by his wife of forty-three years, Judy Langston of Hamlin; three sons, Aaron Langston (Adriana) of Amarillo, Brandon Langston (Amanda) of Slaton, and Corey Langston (Rachel) of Amarillo; two brothers, Jessie Langston and Roger Langston, four sisters, Vicki Branson (Richard), Joy Quirk, Margie Wheeler (Clinton), and Brenda Kanode; one sister-in-law, Sheila Langston; five grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
