John Glover

John Philip Glover, 87, passed away June 6, 2022, in Hamlin, Texas.  Funeral services will be held at 4:00pm, on Friday, June 10, 2022 Central Baptist Church in Hamlin, Texas.

Born February 25, 1935, in Big Lake, John was the son of the late John Hamilton Glover and Patsy (Boyles) Glover.  John worked for Texas Electric and in the oilfield as an electrician. He married Evelyn Hale in Andrews on October 15, 1960. He loved horses, rebuilding cars and team roping.

John was preceded in death by his parents, and one daughter, Terri Glover.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn; one son, Gary Glover, and wife Melissa; two grandchildren, Alexandria, and Madison; and one brother, Roger Glover, and wife Bennie.
