Frances Leonard

Hamlin- Frances Kathleen Leonard, 54, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2019, at the First United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Hamlin Memorial Cemetery, directed by Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home Chapel. Born January 17, 1965, in Abilene, Frances was the daughter of Vergil and Altha Norrene (Blanscet) Morgan. Frances worked as a Produce Manager for several years at Walmart. She was a caring, loving Mother and Nana. Frances loved to help people and never met a stranger. Frances was a strong fighter, courageous, and beautiful soul that lived her life to fullest. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and drew strength from reading her Bible daily. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Viola and L.J. McCall and Cecil Blanscet. Survivors include three sons, Mark, Brian and David Leonard; one daughter, Shavannah Bacoat; her parents, Vergil and Norrene Morgan; one brother, Terry Morgan; one sister, Connie Love; and twelve grandchildren.
