Bobby Mckissack

Bobby Wilson McKissack, 84, of Abilene, Texas left this life on Earth for his journey To Heaven on Sunday, January 14, 2018. Graveside services will be at her Neinda Cemetery in Hamlin, on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at 2:00pm. Directed by Adams-Foster-Ray Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the west Texas rehabilitation center.

Bob was born May 5, 1933 in Seguin, Texas. On December 2, 1951 he married the love of his life Joe Ann Torrance in Hobbs New Mexico.
Bob was a true oil and gas industry Pioneer, self-employed businessman his entire life. He enjoyed family and work. He was a avid water skier, enjoyed hunting and fishing. His greatest joy was time spent with his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren

Bob is survived by his wife Joe Ann McKissack of Abilene Texas his two sons Bobby Wayne McKissack and his wife Melinda of San Marcos Texas. Stephen Miller McKissack of New Braunfels Texas 6 grandchildren 11 great-grandchildren his brother Tommy Edward McKissack of Abilene Texas numerous nieces and nephews. he is preceded by his mother Lula Dora McKissack and Grandson Jeremy J McKissack .
